Dear Onion Creek Families:

I am very excited to join Onion Creek School District as your new part-time Superintendent/Principal.  I began my education career thirty-one years ago as a business education teacher and my first job as a school administrator twenty-two years right here in Onion Creek. During the 2022-2023 school year, I will be joined by Principal Intern Alyson Clenenen as we both will serve as Onion Creek’s educational leaders.  

As I begin my latest position here in Onion Creek, I will work hard to meet the following goals:

1. To ensure all students feel safe.
2. To create a positive school atmosphere based upon mutual respect.
3. To increase the educational opportunities and resources available for all students.
4. To develop and implement a strategic plan for the district that is based upon student, staff, parent and community input.
5. To build, develop and maintain relationships with the community that allow for great working relationships and a high degree of trust. 
6. To ensure that all the decisions made are fiscally sound, well thought out, and most importantly, I the best interest of students.
